Mini-bio
I am a postdoc alumni of the Computational Genomics Research Group at UC Berkeley. My research interests are computational methods for modeling and predictions in molecular biology. My postdoctoral projects included computational modeling and predictions of alternative 3' splicing (publication) and computational and evolutionary genomic analysis of metagenomic data from the Global Ocean Survey (site and publication).
Currently I am a staff researcher in the
Arkin laboratory at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory
and part of the MicrobesOnline team.
