Mini-bio
I am a postdoc alumni of the Computational Genomics Research Group at UC Berkeley. My research interests are computational and graphical methods for modeling and predictions in molecular biology. My postdoc projects included computational modeling and predictions of alternative 3' splicing and computational and evolutionary genomic analysis of data from the Global Ocean Survey (site and publication).
Currently I am a Computational Scientist at the Virtual Institute for Microbial Stress and Survival
(VIMSS) at Berkeley Lab
and part of the MicrobesOnline team.
