CV
I am a postdoctoral fellow at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. My research involves the further development of the SCOPe Database. This work is done in collaboration with the Brenner Lab at UC Berkeley.
In February 2013, I received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. My thesis work, directed by Professor Ileana Streinu, was in the area of computational geometry and computational biology. I worked on applications of rigidity theory to understanding protein flexibility, and with other members of LinKaGe, developed the KINARI software, a general C++ library for rigidity analysis.
