Writher

This is the companion web site for the following paper:

writher is a system for rapid local structural search. This distribution contains a set of programs implementing the writhe decomposition algorithm and its associated database querying algorithms.

The writher manuscript [available upon journal acceptance] describes the writher algorithm and results of testing writher versus other fast structural comparison methods.

The writher code is distributed under the Affero General Public License Version 3 (AGPLv3).
