I'm a postdoctoral researcher at UC Berkeley and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. My host is Professor Steven E. Brenner who leads the exciting Computational Genomics Research Group.

My research interests are in the interdisciplinary fields of biology and computer science. I find it fascinating to work in structural bioinformatics, electron microscopy, computational geometry, image processing, etc.

I completed PhD studies at the Department of Computer Science at Tel-Aviv University, where I spent the most enjoyable time in the group of Prof. Haim Wolfson and Prof. Ruth Nussinov.
